Overview

Delivery Mall is a multi-vendor ordering and delivery platform that connects customers, stores, and couriers in one product suite — with a production Laravel backend, Flutter client apps, and a public marketing site.

Problem

Local businesses needed a reliable way to accept online orders, assign deliveries, and operate day-to-day without juggling disconnected tools. Customers expected fast browsing, live order progress, and a simple app experience.

Solution

I designed and shipped an end-to-end stack:

• Admin + API (Laravel) for catalog, orders, modules, and operations
• Flutter apps for customer, store, and delivery flows
• Landing site for onboarding stores/drivers and app distribution
• Deploy & health pipelines for continuous cloud releases
